GUIDELINES
The Tampere Eagles Cricket Club disciplinary guidelines state that all members, including non-members participating in club activities, must uphold a code of conduct based on ethics and mutual respect, prioritizing the spirit of cricket; this includes refraining from match-fixing, bullying, racism, violence, and damage to club property, while actively maintaining the club’s reputation through proper on-field behavior and respect for umpires, league rules, and the FCA doping policy; any disputes should be raised with the management first, and no member is permitted to initiate physical altercations with another member.

- Member responsibility:
Every member is considered an ambassador for the club and must uphold its reputation and discipline.
- No match-fixing:
Match-fixing is considered a serious offense and a betrayal of the club.
- On-field conduct:
Captains are responsible for maintaining discipline on the field, and members should follow strict conduct including no internal sledging, bullying, or abusive language.
- Anti-discrimination:Racism, hate speech, and discrimination based on nationality, religion, or ethnicity are strictly prohibited.
- Violence not tolerated:
Any act of violence against other members is not allowed, with severe cases potentially reported to the police.
- Respect for property:Members must take care to avoid damage to club equipment and city property.
- Following league rules:All members must adhere to FCA league rules, playing conditions, and doping policies.
- Umpire respect:Respecting the umpire’s decisions is mandatory.
- Dispute resolution:Members should address issues with the club management first before escalating conflicts.
